I’m very well aware that I’m whining. This is your whine alert. You have been warned.

T_T I need to buy that Nikopachi album T_T I have 21 days until it comes out. That’s three weeks. T_T I wonder if the local anime store will be stocking it. Or any store I’m aware of, for that matter. T_T Which leaves my only recourses as…. wait for someone to upload the album and download it, or…. uh… hrm. I don’t think I have another recourse.

So if anybody has about $40 USD lying around that you want to spend on me (since you all love me to bits because I’m just so **darn** adorable!)Then:

{{link http://store.yahoo.com/animenation/vicl-61158.html click}}.

End whine alert.

Pitch and putt tomorrow.. oi…. I really really dislike golfing -_-;;

People have been bothering me to update my blog, so here’s my first real entry in about oh, seven months 😀

Project one: Queen Serenity trading card game. Having a few… difficulties. Have some projects to work on, for sure -_-; And that’s just for one site! Not to mention how I have to fix up all the articles and… bleh.

Project two: Queen Serenity shrine, no frames, compatible version. Yes, I know that the majority of my visitors use IE and support iframes. But I’ve always been big on compatibility.

Project three: Maintaining {{link http://www33.brinkster.com/tcgfan my}} {{link http://www24.brinkster.com/maayafan three}} {{link http://oruha.yoll.net fanlistings}}. The last one’s not even completely finished yet.

Project four: Work on art in anticipation of new layout for {{link http://gemtiger.andromaeda.net/ CI}}. Ayanami Rei-san *_*! This one’s actually decent looking.

Project five: Write a nice long response to {{link http://bloggie.thorned.nu/ Jessica}}. Dear, if it makes you feel better, I’m half done >.O

Project six: Make layout that I promised for Calico.

Project seven: Watch End of Evangelion.

Project eight: Go buy \A Clockwork Orange\ (the book) somewhere.

Project nine: Um, play FF6. >>;; I never finished it the first time!! ;_;

Project ten: Read: \Fugitive Pieces\ (aie, it’s good, I love it), \July’s People\, \Mrs. Dalloway\, and \The Merchant of Venice\.

Project eleven: Re-read \1984\ for EE.

Wait, that wasn’t an entry, that was a to-do list. Aw shucks. 😛

Um….. okay. So…..

AHA!

Now that I’ve found an alternate sequence for Sabin’s Fire Dance, I can rule all! Mwa ha ha ha!! I can never do those smooth transitions right ;_; Much easier for me to hit left, left, down, down, right XD I find Shadow a lot funnier this time around, too. Meh! And Gau’s Rages are amazing O_O;; Stray Cat rules!

Also, I think I’ve stolen about 10 Goggle relics XD Didn’t buy a single one. Wonder how much GP I can sell them off for? (Or I could just wander around the Veldt aimlessly…. I mean…)

Onto a more serious note….

I think I’m finally catching up on some sleep XDDDD I get an average of 9 hours per night? This is bound to be a very very bad habit very very soon. School always comes too early. Then I’ll be back down to six – maybe even five. As the old Japanese adage goes, “Pass with four, fail with five.” Hope it doesn’t come to that.

This is a half-rant. Not really.

I respect people’s right to roam wherever they want online. If I like to spend my time at Seraphim Call sites, or sites about the Merchant of Venice, that’s my own business. Yet at the same time people’s rights to privacy get called into question.

Yes, I’m talking about YOU. The one reading my blog right now.

Blog is short for weblog, of course. It’s a place where opinions can be freely expressed to the world. A spot where what we write shouldn’t have to be censored. We write what we think, what happened, who we think was at fault. Sometimes serious, at others light-hearted. Maybe just a link or two to a website which we thought was amazing in some way: humour, games, design, even.

That being said, it’s not unusual that there would be… certain people that I wouldn’t want to read this thing. This is the reason why several of my friends have put password protection on their blogs (they’ve since been removed from my links.)

As time has gone on, I feel that I can express less and less freely what I really mean, for fear of offending someone out there. I don’t know who reads this thing, quite honestly. I suppose part of that is my fault. I’ve given out the URL to my close friends, but… =\ I lose control of where it goes after that.

I’ll be adding the readme link quite soon, I think.

Exams are over! Score!

I wrote my provincial math exam today. It wasn’t too bad at all ^_^ I just didn’t understand some of the questions, but… eh. What are you going to do? I studied for this thing (contrary to popular belief) and I was studying before the stupid thing for two hours. Besides, I was confident that the graphics calculator would save me. It did, many many times. ^^ The trigonometric proof was surprisngly easy o_o and it was worth 5 marks, more than any of the questions I didn’t know. o_o Ah well. I’m taking this thing again next year, so I’m not overly worried about my mark. We stole cookies from the Biology students too XD Oh, that was so much fun ^^ Luckily the Bio teacher is really cool and didn’t mind… much.

I also must begin on that dreaded thing known as an Extended Essay (dun-dundun~) Brainstorming time.

So I’m going to a “party” tomorrow. Yay for the end of school! Oh wait… I still have homeowrk to do ><;; So what do you think of the new layout?

Yes, I have finally seen The Matrix Reloaded! I’m not totally out of the loop!

It was a good movie. I’ll give you that. The effects were spectacular. More background was revealed. However, what was needed was a tad more plot. I swear the best scene was when Neo was fighting all the Agent Smiths. (C’mon, it’s in the commercial, it’s hardly a spoiler.) Some of the new characters introduced were very… interesting. What was a little disappointing was the abrupt action-talking-action-talking bit. >>; I didn’t like that very much. I’m not sure what you could have done to get around it, but it annoyed me after a while.

The credits were way, way too long. Everytime I thought they were over just KEPT going. And the trailer for The Matrix Revolutions was really not worth it >>; Although I did get the audio on my cell. Bwa ha ha ha~!

Seeing it on IMAX was quite the experience. I was quite dizzy in the beginning (those who have seen the opening sequence may understand.) I almost couldn’t fit the screen in the frames of my glasses ><;; And the spoon! The spoon! I’ll shut up now. What I’d like to see now is the Animatrix XD I have a feeling I missed out on a lot. Tomorrow I have my English final >>; Oi. Henry V? What was that all about again? I don’t really want to study for it at all =\ But I suppose I should >>; So many choices.

A reminder to myself:

1) Finish CAS journals. Only 16 left! Score!

2) Start online CAS blog. To make it easier on yourself.

3) Start online free-writing blog, inspired by the one that Whitters has.

4) Write apologetic note to my dear Jessica.

Heh heh heh.

I still haven’t done any homework besides study for Chem and English. >>; I should get started on thse darn CAS journals. But I fell asleep.

I do have a rant though.

Today in the paper, they published “elementary school report cards.” We’ve had secondary school report cards for quite some time now, and well, the teacher’s union doesn’t like them, neither does the left-wing party, but they still exist, despite all protests. These “report cards” are based on standardized test results, and then the schools are ranked.

I want to know why this kind of thing is necessary. My elementary school finished below average, but I still got an excellent education there, because of my teachers. Elementary schools aren’t like high schools–you just can’t judge them in the same way. There is little standardization between schools. It all depends on the teachers you have. I was lucky, and had good teachers throughout my elementary school career. I was also a keen student, so I don’t know how much of that you can separate. (I mean, is my success now due to my own personal motivation or was it due to the shaping by my teachers?)

Besides, it’s not like elementary school COUNTS for anything. >>; All this does is make parents mad at teachers.

Sheesh.

The CAS journal is calling me… >>;

Hopefully I can start posting more here ><;; The week of hell is officially over! Okay… well…. except for a Chem test on Tuesday, a Foods quiz on Monday, and a LOT of CAS Journals. >>; I’ll do them later.

Bah, everytime I ge on this thing, I’m told we’re going out.

I’ll edit this later. If someone remidns me to. Or if I’m not too busy catching up on journals.
