I just realized something. I use too much blue in my layouts. Blue’s a very nice colour and all… but I use it too much. Hmm.

Math class was interesting. We had a sub. Who gave us a workshett and promptly sat down at his desk, reading some kind of windsurfing magazine >>;; I get the feeling he doesn’t usually teach math. I also get the feeling that I don’t understand logs. And I don’t understand what e is either; it’s not mentioned in any of the texts, and all I know is it’s some kind of natural log thing.

OH!

Foods class was bad. Very very bad. My unit was assigned to make granola bars. So we went and measured everythng out. Or so I thought. Seeing as how it was my job to overlook the melting of the margarine, I didn’t really give much thought to how much granola was being put in.

As it turns out, someone forgot that 500 mL is TWO cups, not one. –;; Our “bars” were mushy. Mushy mushy mushy. And too sweet. >>;;

English and Physics were blah. Although the English people made me volunteer to act in their “skit.” Which was very odd. O_o;; Jason told me that originally, it was even weirder, with “dude” in every sentence.

Very odd, indeed.

OH! AND VERY VERY SUPER IMPORTANT NEWS! Okay, well, maybe not for you but for me 🙂 I was chosen to be a Big Bang editor! That’s the science “publication” at my school ^_^ And guess what my duty will be? Webpage designer!! *_* I’m very happy about this. Thanks to all those who put in a good word for me!

In all the excitement about riddles and things, I seem to have forgotten to alk about my day yesterday 😀

School was bad. That’s all there is to it. Physics was OK, for once (O_O). Then we had English. That was just… bad. X.x Very very very bad. X.x Bad like… bad. Foods was blah. It helped me take my mind off English, anyway ^_^ And then I had that dread math test. I messed up the last question, and made up some answers for the others >>;; I forgot how to divide polynomials! ;_;

Then, I got home, did some homework, and ate my dinner. My mom started yelling at me to change when it was 6 (a reasonable request, but I hadn’t finished eating). My dad was insistent that we could get there in 15 minutes. Nothing to worry about. Oi. And then my mom had to dig out a pair of non-running shoes which I could wear with my skirt. (I had a veeery hard time walking in those shoes. I save them for special occasions.) Then we basically sat around for something like an hour and a half. >>;; I had a nice long talk with Churm, who was convinced that she wasn’t getting an award. She did, though 😀 That was good.

The evening was very repetitive.

*sigh* And then I think I finished TOK, and then I went to sleep. After drinking some iced tea.

You know, I’ve made the very interesting discovery that caffeine no longer has any effect on whether I stay awake or not. I drank a can of Coca-Cola (TM) two nights ago at 9 in the evening. I promptly fell asleep at 11:00pm. We’re talking FELL ASLEEP. Not as in, “I went to bed and tossed around for 15 minutes before I fell asleep.” It was head-pillow-sleep.

This, could be a bad thing.

My friends are all talking in riddles, so I haven’t the slightest clue that the heck they’re talking about. It’s not fair >: | So, in retaliatation, I will be cryptic too. I fact, I will be *SO* cryptic that I’m actually going to speak in another language. (Which I’m not actually writing, I’m just stealing song lyrics XD)

Well, after the insane weekend filed with Oedipus and Seabury, I’m feeling a lot better 🙂 Working on the Oedipus project was just BAD; and now everyone will be bored with our presentation. I guess that’s what you get when you realize you have 30 minutes to fill up and then over-fill them >>;; Oops. Anyhoo.

You know, I really made this post with the intention of actually posting SOMETHING. *thinks*

OH! It was about graphing complex numbers. I am still very confused about them, and I also didn’t understand some other stuff on that worksheet… I’m trying to read the textbook, and doubel check online, but I think I end up thinking too much, and then I overcomplicate things. >>;; Like how I forgot the fact that absolute value is always a positive number (which my calculator showed me but which I thought had to be dreadfully, horribly wrong.) Hmm. So what is the graph of |-3 + i| ? It would be represented by an arrow and not a point: I think I read that the only complex number that is shown as a point is 0 + 0i. Well, it’s going to be postive. And the graph should be displaced. I think I’ll figure that out later.

**EDIT** Okay, so maybe it doesn’t have a graph, just one of those vector thingys >>;; But I learned that |-3 + i| is defined as sqrt ((-3)^2 + i^2). At least, that’s what I think it is >>;;

First off, happy 21st birthday to Klee!

Secondly, I’m very disturbed. First I give Sarah a blog, and then the whole world has to have a blog. I think the number of people I know IRL who have blogs equal the number I don’t know IRL. Very scary. >>;; I’d list them here but I don’t think the authors would like that.

Also, a lot of them are on that sidebar that’s over to the side.

The last thing I need is for my brother to ask for a blog ;_; That would just be weird.

It’s funny however people I have converted to blogging, actually. O_O

Now, when did I start blogging? My first blog was set up in November. Using blogger. I think I saw Klee’s blog, and then I just had to get one of my own!

I quit that after a while, because the server that I was using kinda…. went kaput.

I started again in February with pitas.com after I saw… someone’s blog on pitas….

And then I switched to GM which is so cool and shiny and it’s all thanks to Reina-dear!! *.*

Which reminds me, I need to go join that clique.

I hate that divider bar. I’ll change it later.

Oh, by the way, new layout, have you noticed ? *_*

Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go do homwork ^^’

I just haven’t been myself lately. I’m not sure of the reason. Perhaps the one that I think of is only a way for my subconscious to protect me from the full blast of the truth.
